Wayne’s experience as a PYP workshop leader and school visitor continue to affirm his beliefs on the essential skills of building relationships. Ana’s experience as a trained Emotion Coach as well as an inquiry and reggio-inspired early years educator confirms her belief that all humans require healthy relationships and a psychologically-safe environment as the foundation for inquiry, innovation and risk-taking.
